This session will look at the IBM z16 and IBM LinuxONE Emperor 4's core design
and architecture. Exploring the new Telum chip improvements in the cache design
and how it works within the system as well as changes in the memory. We will
cover the layout of the I/O subsystem, new adapters, and discuss some of the new
features announced with the 3931 like: Flexible capacity for Cyber Resiliency,
Quantum Safe algorithms, and the new AI Inferencing Accelerator. We will also be
covering installation and physical planning for the multi-frame IBM z16 and IBM
